A Fresh Look, A New Chapter: Welcome to My Redesigned Blog!

Big News!

I’m beyond thrilled to finally unveil something I’ve been working on behind the scenes—a totally reimagined brand and redesigned blog website! Whether you’ve been following along since the beginning or you’re new here, I can’t wait to share this exciting new chapter with you.

When I first launched this blog in 2020, my focus was all about decorating, DIY, and renovation — mostly staying busy during the pandemic and finding projects to keep me occupied during very uncertain times. Fast forward to today, and my passions have grown and evolved. With more home renovation projects, DIYs, fashion that inspires confidence, and a stronger focus on community, I knew it was time for a refresh that truly reflected where I’m headed.

What’s New?

Website Redesign

You’ll notice a sleek, more user-friendly design that’s easier to navigate. I’ve added a new navigation menu at the top with categories to make it easier for you to find inspiration. I’ve even created a Home Design Hub so whether you’re looking for home decor ideas, DIY projects, or renovation tips–it’s all linked in one place with various menus and curated product lists to explore.

Over the years, I’ve been known to throw a few parties. It really started with wanting to celebrate and honor those I love–namely, my kids! So now, there’s an entire section dedicated to celebrations, where you’ll find party planning ideas, tablescape inspiration for various holidays, and more! I have so many pictures and videos from past events yet to post, so keep checking back for more ideas as I build out my website.

There’s a whole new section dedication to fashion, with fun style ideas and affordable wardrobe finds that look expensive but save you money. It felt like a natural fit to include outfit styling in what I do. I always feel more confident when I’m put together, and who doesn’t love a good Tuckernuck taste find? So I’ll keep sharing the best fashion finds as I find them and try them out!

And finally, there’s a brand new section dedicated to faith, confidence and connection—a space where we can dive deeper into topics I’m passionate about, and where my upcoming podcast will live! As of now, I plan on launching my podcast in January 2025, so be on the lookout for that! This section is still being built out–so stay tuned!

Brand Identity

The Meaning Behind My New Look

As I worked on this rebrand, I wanted to create something deeply personal, filled with meaning, and reflective of my journey. Every detail has a story behind it, starting with my new logo.

The floral motif includes blooms from the birth months of my family and me, a touch that feels both personal and timeless. Surrounding it is a pattern of fretwork—a nod to my love of classic design elements that add character and warmth to any space. Lastly, there’s a small detail that may be easy to overlook: the shape of a bow with loops that subtly form my initials, CC. This small yet intentional element feels like a signature touch, wrapping up everything I love in a single design.

With this rebrand, my goal was to create a space that’s not only visually beautiful but also deeply meaningful—a place where you feel seen, inspired, and encouraged.

Behind the Rebranding Process

This redesign has been a labor of love. From choosing the new logo to finding the perfect color palette, every detail was selected with you in mind. I wanted this space to feel warm, inviting, and full of creativity—just like home!

Nicole Speak e was the master designer behind my new brand identity, and I could not be more thrilled by what she created! She also created a coordinating logo for my podcast, Love Letter Faith! It all came together so beautifully and perfectly expressed the heart behind my brand.

What’s Staying the Same?

While the look may be new, one thing hasn’t changed: my commitment to sharing real, authentic content with you. I’m still here to offer affordable home inspiration, real-life stories, and creative ideas that build a sense of community in the middle of life’s chaos.
